Tickets can be triggered through 2 mediums: the Internet or the
telephone, and in both cases, an efficient escalation procedure
allows closure of tickets within an optimal period of time. Ticket
generation, resolution and closure will be documented digitally.
TRINEC provides online monitoring capability of ticket history to
the customer's IT administrator and to its help desk in order to
better analyze incidents and ameliorate preventive procedures.
